* Class 8 forms will have to be submitted through your individual WSLCB online portal accounts this year. More information will be emailed directly to you once we have clear instructions from the WSLCB.*

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE

Participating wineries are required by the Wine Alliance’s commercial policy holder, Western National Mutual, to hold a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for each On Tour Event and list the WWVWA as an additional insured. Participating wineries must provide proof of General Coverage, including Liquor Liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000, naming Walla Walla Valley Wine Alliance as additional insured for the On Tour Dates you are participating.

If your insurance renews before an event, please send us your certificate then.
