Your experience begins with a behind-the-scenes tour of the Long Shadows winery and production facility, offering a rare glimpse into where our wines are crafted before settling into an engaging, guided tasting led by Tasting Room Food & Wine Educator Eric Sloane.
As you enjoy six Long Shadows wines thoughtfully paired with a variety of seasonal bites, you'll discover how even subtle changes in flavor, texture, acidity, and sweetness can transform both the wine and the food. Rather than simply tasting wines alongside food, you'll experience firsthand why certain pairings elevate each other while others create entirely different impressions.
